Shipping policy

Every order is made for you after you place it, then shipped directly from our print partner.

How long it takes
Most orders arrive about 1 to 2 weeks after you order. That includes the time to make your item, plus shipping. Busy periods and holidays can add a few days.

Tracking
You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages, and you'll get tracking for each.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on where it's going and what's in your order.

Where we ship
We ship to the addresses available at checkout. If your country isn't listed, email us and we'll see what we can do.

Customs and duties
For orders outside the United States, you may be responsible for any import taxes, duties or customs fees charged by your country.
